Use LEW's Barbeque Potion to add a flavorful twist to your burger recipe.

What you'll need

-2 1/2 pounds ground beef
-1 small shallot/onion finely chopped
-2 clove garlic, finely chopped
-1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
-2 teaspoons salt
-6 Slices of your favorite cheese
-Freshly ground black pepper
-6 buns
-1/2 cup LEW’s Barbeque Potion

1.Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2.In a large mixing bowl, break up the meat with your hands. Add the chopped shallot/onion garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper, to taste. Mix with a wooden spoon until thoroughly incorporated. Using your hands, divide the meat into 6 equal balls. Flatten them into patties and use your thumb to create an indent in the center of each burger. Cook's Note: This indent will help the burgers from puffing up while you grill them.

3.Grill the burgers, uncovered, for 3 minutes on the first side. Flip and continue cooking for another 3 minutes for medium-rare, and 4 minutes for medium. Remove from grill and immediately top with the cheese.

4.Butter the buns and place on the grill. Toast for about 1 minute and remove from grill.
Build your burgers by topping with your preferred condiments and vegetables,, LEW’s Barbeque Potion,. Add onion rings if desired.

Really liked this sauce and will use it again. Did it per the recipe and video other than I used leg and thigh quarters. My only adjustment is I will make is to cook the skin side down longer and at a slightly lower temp. I didnt cook it long enough and then my fire was so hot that the bottom no-skin side burnt even with no barbecue sauce applied. The part eaten was delicious and moist and a different flavor that I attribute to the vinegar.

This was my favorite of the barbecue sauces i have tasted. It really has a great taste while it is in your mouth and also after you digest it. In addition I LOVED the brown sugar flavoring and smoky bourbon combo. I wondered why other barbecue sauce makers haven’t really thought of this great combination.
